what is the best method to forget pain?

busy - busy is a good method to forget pain.

For me,busy is the best method to forget pain. And when I am busy, I have no time to think about pain things ,and I am tired to think about it after work. What's your method? What's the best method for you ?

hmm... I face pain rather than forget it... the best method is sitting alone in my bedroom crying and feeling the pain... then let go of it... I never treated pain as monster...nor master which control or dominate my world... i treated it as a friend who make me realize the mistake ive done...or the wrong decision i made... or the formula to make me wiser and stronger... After that I take the courage to walk out of the room...gradually start picking up the pieces...arranging my life... then facing once again lifes battle... hoping that this time..my friend pain... would realize that i no longer need "much" of his help... and will let me be happy... I know once in a while "my friend" will come and visit me... to let me feel that im still human... and teach me some more lesson but i dont mind it... i know i can handle it...

how can i get ride of the pain from a break up? or for longing love? its someting i have been thinking of for three years and have not found an answer to. keeping in mind i have tried all of the methods that i think of and come across.

It depends on which kind of this pain. If it's a physical pain, then take some medicines or playing computer games will be very helpful. As when we are playing the games, we focus the game rather than the pain itself. If it's a mental pain, I am afraid it takes the time. Try to go out and do some sports, it will make you have a good mood. I love China

Accept the fact that youll never forget the pain. When the thought comes on just accept it as just thoughts. Dont fight with your emotions, allow them in and accept life. Let it come and it will soon go away.

the best way to forget pain is not think of pain .. divert your mind other activities and without your knowing the pain will subside.

Getting away from a problem doesn't mean that it is solved and will never trouble you again. Instead of try to forget a pain i liketo go to the root cause and then think out a way that can solve the problem. If it is not possible I just try to erase that particular sense of pain from my head, and it really helps.
