what is the best method to forget pain?

For me,busy is the best method to forget pain. And when I am busy, I have no time to think about pain things ,and I am tired to think about it after work. What's your method? What's the best method for you ?

lonlystranger how can i get ride of the pain from a break up? or for longing love? its someting i have been thinking of for three years and have not found an answer to. keeping in mind i have tried all of the methods that i think of and come across.
