what is the cause of walking/talking while sleeping ?

my husband nephew have a habit of talking or walking when sleeping..i wondering if this is a health problems or what do you know of someone who have a problem with this?plz,share

shagun215 I 2 hv d problem of talking during sleep. My sister hs bcme fed up of me. Earlier it was once in a while but nwadys its goin on regularly. Wht shud I do?? Can nybdy suggest ?? Sameera, f, 21
