what is the cause of insomnia???

i cant sleep at night lately and i dont know what is the cause of that problem, at the day i always get very tired because i dont have enough sleep

Foxfire1875 Are you worried about something this is often the case with insomnia. I find that if you write down all the things that worry you before going to bed this can help, also instead of thinking that you must sleep, think instead ok I can't sleep so I'll stay awake...
