shannon shirey I lost 10 lbs with Turbo Jam,and So Far to date I 'm starting to lose weight with Turbo Fire. I've lost 20 lbs. A total of 30lbs,and as long you eat healtly. Weight Loss is 80% Nutrition,and 20% Exercise.
