Omega 3 Fish oil - does it work?

I have been giving my 8 year old son IO Omega3 fish oil tablets lately to help his concentration at school. has anyone else tried these, if so do you recommend them?

spsdel01 Yes my mother takes this,& she has got wonderful results within 3 months. Now she feels much better than 3 months back. All credit goes to omega 3.
