UMMEMUAAZ Well main thing is personal experience rather then a disscussion for the sake of disscussion...i think if million of people are facing a same thing there will be million of expressions and experiences rather then one although tbey all would facing same thing...

UMMEMUAAZ Are you diagnosed? I mean do you take qith prescription? As mild depression can be treated with techniques and willpower
