Our world is getting smaller, We have with in out grasp the most brilliant minds ever to be known, Communication is a click away. and Yet with all this going around us why is it the criminal that gets all the protection, rights, free legal advise. Why is it that the victims are left feeling more violated than ever, Is there no way for the people of this great planet to come together and deal with the problem, of Rape Murder, assignation, drug dealers. child molesters and pedophiles. Why isn't the law be for the people rather than be so damm concerned with the criminals rights, feelings, I am for much harsher penalties for the criminal element, and for those that are considering joining it. When do we the people take back our streets, and city's and countries from those that would take what they want because they know that not very much would happen to them This is just wrong.

I completely agree with you. I think that the law appears to be protecting the law breakers rather than the victims. In a burglary for instance, if you attack and hurt a burglar in the process of defending your property, the burglar will only get sentenced for breaking and entering while you could get a charge for assault if the burglar will have the cheek to press charges against you. Assaulting someone happens to carry a heavier sentence than breaking and entering so what would you do to defend your property? There are also lots of kids causing havoc around our streets. Most of them too young to be under the law. The bad thing is that they know it and they take advantage of it to the detriment of the community. It would be interesting to get views from the authority about this subject.

I am not sure if I totally agree with you. I do believe that as a country that is considered a democracy and forward looking we should not be barbaric and acts like animals ourselves just because the criminals in some cases act like it. Stiffer sentencing yes but how far to you want to go, torture them, kill them, stick them in a cell for the rest of their lives and feed them dog food.
There has to be some sort of humanity on the part of the jails, or we would be know better than the people we punish.

no justice in this hell world, everyday i can see kids on the street people never get a JOB, people need food, war, killing, and so on, GOD is only a justice. LAW cant reach all or control all a crime or bad things, so the best is START from our self to be nice on GOD street.

I like your "Idea". However, each country will disagree to unite due to many reasons like issue in morality, weak laws and the like. If you live in a third world country. Only the rich gets justice--sometimes. Poor people only submit themselves to surrender and will not care to fight for justice since they know that government will never help them. Sad but true.
