can't get enough of sleep because of alarm clock... but have to follow it..

going to sleep that time.. - soo relaxing to sleep in a long long hours..

I always use alarm clock and set it before I go to sleep. But sometimes I didn't get enough of sleep and want to extend it. So I always push the button of my alarm clock to have an extension of my sleep... But always so terrifying that I always came late at my school.. I feel my habits of setting alarm is very useless.. Are you doing the same thing??

same as me, i also dont get enough sleep because of the alarm clock. its for sure since we have to wake up early either for work or for school. but if i dont have to get up early, i will just turn the alarm clock off.

well alarm clocks are very useful but you have to decide better the time you want to wake uop or you need to wake up...there is no use in moving from a time to another each morning...you can for example decide to set the alarm clock ten minutes before you need to get up and stay a little more in your bed after waking up just to relax..or you can decide you are one of those fast people who get up at once after the alarm clock and so you can set your alarm clock at the latest time you can get up unless you are late....and I am sorry if you need extra sleep...the morning is not the good choice!!! maybe you need to go to bed earlier at night!!!!

From starting day's I'm using alarm for wake up after some day's i get adjusted the time of wake up. but has you said i have done so many times and i lose the class and some times i got punishment also for that. but now a day's my sleep time is very less just 4 to 5 hours. because of almost time i will spend in mylot.

Yes, I have those habits as well. I even have a habit of waking up in the morning, and just deciding not to go to class because I'm too tired to go. I realize it's my own fault for staying up so late...but I can't seem to help setting my alarm back later and later. It doesn't help that I think that the sound of an alarm clock is the most depressing sound in the world.

Oh i do the same thing. I push snooze so many times in the morning, I am usually late for everything. it really has become a big problem, a habit I wish I haden't started but I am always so darn tired. I think I am going to buy a few more alarms and set them across the room, then i have to get up and it will annoy me so much i will just stay up, maybe it will work , who knows.lol
