Have you heard of Mika?

Mika, Solo Artist from the United Kingdom - This is my new obsession, Mika, a wonderful new artist from the United Kingdom.

My boss just lent me an album by a solo artist that calles himself Mika. He's a mix of so many sounds he's difficult to describte, but perhaps the closest match would be Fredy Mercury/Queen. I can't stop listening to it! Even his website is awesome: http://www.mikasounds.com/uk.php Have any of you heard of him? If so, what are your opinions?

My daughter has been listening to Mika lately too. She really enjoys the song 'Lollipop' by Mika. I will check out his website and also give her the link. I have often wondered about him..things like how old he is and that type of thing..now I can check out his website and see! Thanks for the link!

My pleasure! And it's my turn to thank you for the reply. It seems that Grace Kelly and Lollipop are everybody's favourites. And it just so happens that they are the first two tracks on the album. The others are just as good, if not better, once you give them a chance to grow on you.

Yes I do know about him :) I listened some tracks of his album and found them interesting but so far I like Grace Kelly the most :) :)

Grace Kelly is a wonderful song which showcases his vocal range. That quickly became my favourite track on that album, but the others have since grown on me.

I ADORE his song Big Girl You're Beautiful. http://youtube.com/watch?v=89GB7z_Ogt0 It's the first I've really noticed him and I have to confess this song alone made me love him.

Yes! I think he's great too. His voice is unbelievably similar to Fredys. But I've only heard one song called "Grace Kelly".

I found Mika last year and fell in love with his sound. I am a die hard Freddy Mercury fan and to find someone with such a simular vocal talent needless to say I am a fan.
