You have such a beautiful heart, that the 20 pounds mean nothing sugar.

I have no problem with a bathing suit. But, if there is something about your body that you are not comfortable with showing, get a suit that will hide that part. One piece will hold you in more. And a cover up that matches the suit will relax you of any complexes you may have. But sugar, nobody is perfect. And as we age, gravity does a number on us.

I'm really shy about whereing a bathing suit. I'm not overweight however I'm very curvy and so I have a very large chest and it's hard to find a bathing suit that fits right. And no matter what suit I get I feel like I'm going to fall out of it or that people are looking at me thinking that I'm some tramp trying to attract all that attention. I always ask for peoples opinions when I try them on. Usually I try to ask a woman if it's too revealing or not. I have to buy two pieces because I have a big chest and a pretty small butt so one pieces don't fit right at all. I hate shopping for a bathing suit. I just bought another but it's still not something I feel comfortable in.

I found that I no longer even have the desire to wear a bathing suit. I am not over weight but I just feel uncomfortable showing that much of my body. I wear shorts and Tshirt to the beach. I dont feel out of place at all. As there are many peole who were shorts and tops.
I think people do feel like they have to say you look good in a swim suit. I mean admit it all they can see is your body. How insulting would it be to say "you look fat". LOL

I am 44 and still wear a bikini to the beach. At this age I don't care what people think.Although I am starting to get little belly that bothers me a little. And I don't think that most people are honest when you ask them if a suit looks good. The reason is because they don't want to hurt your feelings. Now if you have some good honest friends I am sure they will tell you the truth.AS for deciding which one to buy,go with your gut feeling. You should know which one looks best on you.

I've always been conscious of my body and especially of my weight and even though people say I look good in the clothes i wear, i doubt that I would look good in a bikini let alone a tog/full bathing suit. I only wore a bikini once when I was 21 and that was it! I usually swim in beaches in shorts and tank top or bra like top but not a bathing suit. I'm hoping this time next year (after I've lost 40 pounds - already lost 10) I will be able to find something suitable and fitting for my body type.

Well I have a flat nice stomach, but my but isnt the best. So I like bikinis that have coverage on the butt.. I decided which one to buy by determining what suit will best cover my flaws and accentuate the good parts.. and i also consider what colour goes best with my skin tone.
