Need time Alone  

This is natural conditions and there is another reason for it too. We accept non-stop energy from a world arround us. And not all this energy is good for us.That`s why we need to asimilate some, to modify another and to release the else. And this we make better allone.

It's normal, everyone needs a little time to themselves, to gather their thoughts, reflect on their day, pray, and things of that nature. Humans are social creatures, we need socialization, but there are times when we just want to be alone, to relax and unwind without all of the pressures of life hounding us.

I'm the same way. I need time alone to recharge my batteries, so to speak. I think everyone gets their energy renewed in their own way. Some people do it by surrounding themselves with others; those are the people you never see alone. I'm just not that way. I can spend time around others, but then I need a break, to just get by myself and watch TV or get on the computer.

I think many people have the same need. Nomatter how active or crazy a person is, he needs sometime to be left alone for taking a rest or for a contemplating. For me, I prefer to be left alone most of the time because I'm a quiet person and is not fond of being among many other people.

I think it is perfectly normal for all of us to need time alone. Especially for those who are high strung or have a lot of stress.We all need time alone to decompress. We need to refuel. Our minds and our bodies need a rest .Some people are also naturally not as social as others. Being with people all day really drains them , and so they need that time off by themselves .
Even on a good day I have to wind down at the end of a day. I don't usually watch TV. Usually at the end of the day, even if I am been on the net, I sit and play a computer game for awhile. Then I read a book, that helps me unwind and then I can go to sleep . So
go ahead take a break when you need to , don't feel abnormal or guilty about it at all .

actually it is alright to think this way but if you feel awkardws , they might be something wrong with your thinking that why you have your doubt yea ... but i can tell you being alone isn't something werid yea

I would love to have some time alone it would be great for a couple of hours to myself ill keep dreaming tho,my house is full of kids so not must piece and quite for me lol.
