even if you haven't confessed your sins yet to the Priest? It's because they said or the prayer book said that you shouldn't receive communion if you haven't confessed your sins but then still, I received them. I could not understand..one could say Lord I'm not worthy to receive you, but only say the word and I shall be healed. We say this before communion but then we can't receive communion because of sins? Please help me understand

Yes I have received communion during my life, well you have to ask God for forgiveness and try to improve your life by not committing the same sin repeatedly, of course everyone has sins as nobody is perfect and as long as you mean that you are going to try to stop committing the same sin then you can take communion.

Where in the Bible does it say you must confess your sins to a Priest before communion? You must approach communion with a pure heart but that is an internal thing that no priest needs to help you with.

in a catholic community, you should confess your sins to the priest before partaking in the holy communion. that is the practice. but we all have different practices of our faith. i believe we can confess our sins directly to God, and then have the communion. we all have different practices - and we should respect how each of us practice our faith. you have your own decision with that.
