I use to have the same problem too. But I read that Chamomile tea helps, so I tried it and it really does help. I hope you try this and hopefully it helps.

I am in the same boat as you with these cramps. I haven't found anything that really helps other than a heating pad at night and constantly taking ibuprofen to stay on top of the pain. I also try to avoid caffeine because that makes my cramps worse. If you can walk alot during your period, that sometimes seems to help too. I'm having a bad one this month and I'm about to scream.

Heylo krislouiebaby!I suffer severe cramps and pain too but it stops whenever I take my ponstan pills or panadol menstrual.I haven't consulted any gynaecologists.Have you tried traditional herbs and spices?Sometimes Chinese herbs or other traditional spices can heal cramps the modern medicine can't.Hope you get a solution!Take care!
