I drink Arrowhead Water because its tastes better than tap water. Do you drink a particular brand or drink tap water? Are there any brands you won't drink? Recently, I purchased water from one of the machines outside a store and it tasted worse than my tap water. The water wasn't clear and had a metallic taste and my tap water has a bad smell.

I prefer tap water as long as it is good tap water. If I am going somewhere that does not have good tap water I usually buy the flavored waters. For flavored waters, I prefer the Poweraid Option, but will drink the Propel if I cannot get the Poweraid in the flavors I like. I cannot drink many of the other brands because of the artificial sweeteners that they use.

Thank you for the reply. I drink Poweraid when I'm looking for something new to drink. Its terrible that so many products have artificial sweeteners.

We don't trust tap water in my country. We drink filter water, mineral water and boiled water. I'd prefer boiled water. For the one thing, I only drink hot water, for the another, I like the taste of boiled water.

Thanks for the reply. When I have to drink tap water, I boil it before drinking it.

Thank you for the reply. A filter would certainly be cheaper than buying water.

I mainly drink filtered water. We have a filter containor at home. Our tap water is safe to drink, but I am not that keen on it as I don't like the taste of chlrine.

I don't like the taste of chlorine either and wouldn't drink enough water each day. My doctor wants me to drink more now. Thanks for the reply.

I do a little of both. I tend to usually buy Dasani bottled water but will change if another brand is on special at the grocery store. I drink tap water as well as we have a water filter system throughout the entire house and it really is impossible to tell the difference between tap and bottled.

I have Dasani Water also, as had coupons for the small bottles that are the perfect size when I'm out walking. Thanks for the reply.

I drink water right out of the well. It is awesome. A fresh and good taste. City water is awful and smells bad. I'm glad I don't live in the city.

I use a Brita Filter in a pitcher in my fridge. I don't buy bottled water because it is expensive, and constantly buying plastic bottles is wasteful (in my view)
I use a Nalgene bottle (the white ones, not the LEXAN ones, because they leak carcinogens into your water) and I refill it daily from my Brita filtered water. Tap water in my neighborhood stains the sink brown - so it seems there is some oxidized metal in the water that I don't want to drink!! So I do filter it at home, and then take it to work in a Nalgene bottle that I reuse daily.

Thank you for the reply. I have rust in my water and the rust stains are hard to remove from my sinks. I'm planning to move in 2008 and hoping to live where there is better water.
