How often do you clean your microwave?

We try to clean the microwave whenever it needs it. Sometimes that can be almost daily and other times it could go a couple of weeks. We usually heat a little vinegar water and it loosens it really well. It is kind of a pain in the butt job, but has to be done.

I guess it all depends. I don't have a regular cleaning schedule for it. I will spot clean it when I notice something on it. Other than that I would have to say every few months. I try to be cautious and keep things covered if possible, to reduce the amount of food left behind. I love using the magic eraser to clean the inside of mine!

I probably end up cleaning it every couple weeks...really whenever I notice it needs a little scrubbing.

hmm wa a question lol erm welll lets c when i was home rarely everyday but now at me partners i dont have t but i clean other stuff in stead lol hate grease exspecially on thee pans then ya get it all over ya hands now dats a pain horrible hate it so i leave that for them hehe

every time i use i clean it. i use it everyday basically to make things hot generally drinking items but for cooking its twice or thrice in a week max.

I hardly ever clean my microwave. I know I should. It would get a quick wipe over about once each week.

I clean my microwave every other week by filling a microwavable container with water and slices of lemon. I microwave on high for 3 minutes then wipe over with a damp cloth. Not only does this help to get off the stuck on spatter but it deodorizes and leaves it smelling nice.

Preferably cleaning microwave everyday. Just that we also use it everyday. This is to ensure healthy care on our food preparation.

I dont use my microwave ove very often, so I guess I dont see the need to clean it often, maybe I do so once every six months or so. What I do is to get a bowl of water, squeeze the juice of a lemon in, and mix in two tablespoons of baking soda, then microwave the mixture for about 5 minutes, then I just use a damp cloth to clean the interior of the oven, and it comes out clean and smelling really fresh!

I wipe it down every few days. I use spray cleaner or windex. Unless, I should dirty it, I will clean it right then and there. I don't like dirty appliances.
