Treat others how you would like to be treated, whatever this other person has done to you will come back to them anyway. Hold your head up high as this will make you the better person. I know it's hard and when someone has done bad things to you all you want is revenge, I know I've been there countless times, but all it will do is eat at you. according to the laws of physics, every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
no doubles. no triples.
whatever forces you exert on the universe, there will be the same amount of forces exerted on you.
if you are experienced, and if you know what you're doing it's perfectly possible to hex without causing yourself harm.
it's hard work though, and not worth doing without really good reason.
