I think she's a biotch and deserve to be fired. Yes, she is a talented artist, but she needs to grow up. People pay you to do a job and if they want a friggin armband, do it, or talk them in to something different as the guys did. Don't insult a friggin client and don't act like you are so much above everyone else. I think she will mature and when she does, she will be phenominal, but she doesn't deserve this gig.

This is news to me, I stopped watching it a while back when all that drama was going on with the ownership. If I am going to get back into watching it, I am going to need to rent the boxed set of DVD's so I can be up to date with things. Loyalty at tattoo shops is a necessity, you don't want someone talking crap about your business - especially to other artists or people in the business.
