I myself just remember the emu oil by being reminded by a dear friend on here the other day. I use it on my arthritis in my hip and arm. I put it on my knuckles when they lock up with arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome. I also have used it for a headache, but you have to make sure you rub it all the way around the hairline and connect it under the hair line. What have you used it for and if you don't use it, i recommend you getting some. It is great stuff and it gives relief!!!

I haven't used it yet but might get around to it this coming summer. Many ladies who make their own skin care products and cosmetics rave about it so it must be pretty good!

I am not sure I was aware that it was used in skin care. Oh wow! Thanks so much.

I have never heard of it. But, it sounds like it has lots of good uses. I'll add it to my shopping list. I'm going to try it for headaches. I'm looking forward to seeing all the other uses for it.

Hi Again Mamacathie, In regards to Emu oil, I have used this for when I have pain in my knee as I fell over when I was much younger and when it is cold weather some times it plays up and then I will use this for my knee some times. Other wise use ghoana oil which is a lot more better for me.

I have also used emu oil for arthritis pain, and also for my lower back - I have 5 very bad disks. I did not know you could use it for headaches though. I will have to try that!

hm... i personally haven't really tried using this yet... to think that it's quite expensive where i live because it's imported but i am willing to try this out. I'm just going to buy a 10ml bottle to try it out first. I searched the net and found out there are some people allergic to it so i think it's still best to try it first in small amounts before buying a lot. =) I'm going to use emu oil for my skin and maybe for the other health benefits indicated above too!
