Hello dear bare hugs. I have never seen this kind of pose. I think that it is great of this guy to be able to do it, which is so hard to do for the majority of people. It looks like some kind of yoga from India. Anyway I am not sure about it, but I am interested to see this picture. Thanks for sharing, dear friend.

Hello dear friend. I am so glad to know that it is you that is having this pose in the photo. You are so great a friend in the field of yoga. So I think that you have made it a rule to practice yoga every day, maybe? Yoga is a world-popular way of doing exercise and it is nice to know that my new friend has been practising yoga for thirty years long. Great! May you be healthy from enjoying yoga as always, my dear friend.

Dear williamjisir... This Guy is Myself, and its not at all difficult to do any Yoga pose, if you have been doing it for 30 years, as I have been! THis is regular Hatha Yoga, and you can learn to do this at classes in most cities in North America.

Almost anyone can learn yoga. We have a member in our class who is 91. Your never too old to start doing Yoga. Begin with the easy postures and gradually advance to the more difficult asanas. I Love doing it Every morning as soon as i'm out of bed. You feel so good after your Yoga session! It took me 30 years to accomplish the pose thats pictured here. It comes gradually. Yoga increases the Quality and the Quanity of life! Go for it!

I have been to many yoga classes which were great. I've chosen to do the Third Eye Meditation and found a spiritual Teacher as well. Yoga like any spiritual path is a life process, provided of course yoga is taken in the context of a way of life and not an exercise class as seems to be the case these days for many people. Lots of practice regardless of what path is taken.

Whoa! That was hard. I guess I need to do a lot of stretching and exercise to get flexibility like that. Do you do yoga? I haven't tried it..., but I'm willing to give it a shot.

Yoga can become a way of Life! I practise it every morning before breakfast.Yoga teaches proper thinking, as well as stretching out tight muscles, lubricating joints, and improving Balance. There are many good books to learn from, as well as programs on the TV.Or you can take a Class. I've been doing it for 30 years, and wouldn't want to live with out Yoga in my life. Go ahead! Give it s Shot!
