My clay roses

clay roses - These are minature roses that I made out of polymer clay. They are not painted. The color is in the clay. It is easy to work with and bakes in a regular kitchen oven.

I enjoy working with polymer clay. It comes in beautiful colors and you can make anything with it! Here is a bouquet of minature roses I made. My minature rose bush inspired me!

Those are very good. I made a couple one time. They are not as hard as I thought they would be. I only made the bud, and not the stem and all. You have more patience with this sort of thing than I do.

I didn't make any leaves. I can imagine that was hard.

I found the leaves were harder than the roses.

Oh susieq, that is so beautiful. I thought it was the same paper clay that I'm doing during my past time. But yours looks very real. I recently joined a new website art jewelry where I can learn how to make jewelries using polymer materials, beads and buttons. I plan to use what I learn to create several pieces of jewelries and sell it to friends first.

These are minature, which are smaller than tea roses.

It wasn't there the first time I looked at it, but it was this time! Thanks. I love those little rose bushes. Are they called Tea Roses?
