The King of Queens series finale  

I was so sad to see this show end! I watch the re-runs almost every day! The entire cast is hilarious, especially Jerry Stiller! However, I think the finale was one of the best I've seen as far as finales go. It really showed how much Carrie and Doug really love each other. The ending was almost perfect!

You know, I actually came away feeling somewhat disappointed with the finale :( But, now that I think about it, I believe I was feeling more dejected about the show being over than about the final episode. I've always loved King of Queens and I watch a lot of the reruns. I like all the characters and I think they each bring something different and funny to the show. I sure laughed at Lou at the wedding -- going around to everyone saying "such a happy day!" and everyone kept blowing him off LOL I'm going to miss it too! They had a great run!

I was glad the finale wasn't too bad. I hate when series finales end abruptly or are too cheesy. I will miss the show, but atleast we have reruns. :) I agree with you, it started out pretty harsh, but it was still funny through out. Arthur cracks me up and it was sweet that Jerry Stiller and Ann Mira (Arthur and Spence's Mom) had a show that they could do as a family for so many years. I was glad Doug and Carrie adopted the baby and ended up having a child of their own also. I still feel bad for Holly though. They just kind of left her hanging...no where to live, no one to help her out. But I thought it was a pretty decent ending to a good show. I'll miss it, but it was a good 9 years.
