Power failure at night ...how do u spend the night with out fan or AC.

It is really hot in our area and sometimes power goes off and we will loose our sleep and at these times sometimes at 12.00pm our family will engage into singing songs ,play and review our old memories .
mosquito adds to to our worries .Do you have power failures in your area.

Power problem is faced by majority of Indians.It is not uncommon with us.If the power cut is in rainy season,it is very interesting and funny in the night.If it is in the summer season then, it is very difficult to bear it.

power failure can be adjusted and even if summer even if there is no fan works it is ok .but the problem from mosquitos is a lot ,unbearable u cant even sit properly when the power goes off,neither u can stay inside the house nor outside .do calicut has got the same problem?

In the Philippines, power outages are not uncommon, but it usually happens during the rainy season (mostly due to rain, winds, etc destroying power cables), so it isn't really that hot when it happens. If it does happen in the summer, I'd leave the windows open, take a really cold bath (fill your water with ice), and when I still feel hot I'd get a wet towel and put it on my head and body to cool off.

Yes sometimes due to bad weather and sometimes connection with the power from the power supply. But when the power failure happen at night while we are sleeping we still go back to sleep and open all windows in our room and we have an emergency light with a fan so that's the one we use just to overcome the uncomfortable heat that we feel. I always make sure that this emergency light/fan always full charge so that if ever an emergency power failure happen we are ready. Its good that when the power failure happen here in us always happen to have a humid weather so not hot at all.
