Why do men take sooo long and why are their fumes so lethal?

This may be a rather indelicate but funny subject. Part of living with a man is having to share the bathroom. Has anyone besides me noticed that men's fumes are way more disgusting than women's? Or is it just that women use the air freshening spray more liberally? My husband and my stepson and my son, can spend literally 20-30 minutes in the bathroom dealing with their daily need, if you know what I mean. If they don't use the freshener, the air pollutes the entire house. Is that just my men? I really don't think my own fumes are that bad.

lol- You are sure right about the stinking part- My sig. other is pretty quick in the bathroom but he is in there often! That is why I said we had to buy a house with at least 2 bathrooms! I make him use the fan when he goes- He does stink! It's gross- I don't know why either-- I know it is way worse than ours. I can't have him spray or us spray the air refreshners- I have terrible allergy problems- That is why I make him use the fan and flush twice- LOL

It's all a matter of perspective, They probably think the same of your "fumes" and they probably have other issues about your use of time in the bathroom. Does it really matter? You can't change it, so why worry about it. It's part of our natural bodily functions.
