Confession time--how many of you get a kids "Happy Meal" for yourself?

Aww thats cute. I can honestly say I havent done that yet. But it doesnt mean I wont do it.LOL If they have something I want I will certainly buy a kids meal. I hardly eat at these places. And If I would have know thats what they giving out I would definetly buy one. I like Happy Feet.

lol. I have nothing to confess. I have never gotten myself a happy meal or kids meal. In fact, I hardly go to the fast food buger joints anymore. But, I have helped myself to the leftovers if my daughter didn't want them...lol.

LOL - I'm so guilty! I use to order them all the time - especially McDonalds Mighty Kids Meals. But I'm a big kid too at heart :)

I always get the "happy meal" and other fastfood kiddie meal whenever the promotional give away toy is nice and good. It's not that I wanted them but the kids (my children) really like to have the toys. So instead of getting a separate meal and buy a toy for the kids, I just bought these meal and take what combo meal it has.

We don't usually go to McD's or BK's, but when we do and I'm going to get food for myself as well as the kids, I usually order a kids' meal because it's a smaller version and less calories. Sometimes I will order a kids' meal because my kids are trying to collect a certain toy from the promotion. Here's a tip for everybody - if you order more than one kids meal at a time, no matter how many you order, you are all going to get the same dang toy. Every time. Maybe it's different in other areas of the state or country, but in the entire area where I live, it's the same story no matter what. Everybody gets the same toy. This has nothing to do with your topic either, but since you mentioned Burger King, I absolutely always have to have a coke icee from there. I love them!

Ha ha...yesterday while I was out doing errands I got a little hungry so I got a kids meal in Wendy's. I'm not a big eater so it did the trick. I don't care about the little toys. I give them to any kids sitting near me.

Lol I used to but that was because I could never manage an Adult one lol I am not a big eater so a Happy Meal was just right for me

I have seven kids! I can get them the Happy Meal and steal the toy for myself. ha ha Just kidding. They would get really upset if I took their toy. I have been known to choke down Happy Meal day after day when they have the Neopets in it. ha ha Not this past year though because I am not working. But when I was working, everyone at work knew that I would be going to McDonald's every day for that month that they had Neopets in the Happy Meals. LOL

I 'm not sure if you know but I have a 11 years old son.he loves Mc Donald's and ofcourse he take the Happy meal overtime.Always they promote something with the meal ,the most time any new movie.They have more than one figure so i push me to take another happy meal for me for he get as much figure he can. I admit that at the beginning I fell little shame but not anymore.How knows maybe even if my son will grown up I'll still buy a happy meal..

Ha, ha, ha...no, I'm not guilty of getting myself those happy meals. My girls are the one who are clamoring me to to buy for them. I can't count the number of happy meal toys we have here. Everything are placed in a plastic box.

LOL! I have been tempted to buy a kids meal in order to get the toy. That was years ago before I had kids! I never did it though! :P

When dieting and the kids where little I would get three kids meals. One for each of us. It is a great way to help with portion control. I know that I do not need the high fat food but sometimes I use to crave them. Yes I also have gone and gotten the kids meal for the promotional offer. I do not do that anymore should I say I have not done that in a long time. I guess time will tell. When I was working and not dieting we use to eat a lot and we lived out of town. I would stop and get something on my way home from work. Now we live in town two blocks from McDonalds, Carls Jr, Long John Silvers, KFC, and around the cornor is Jack in the box, Burger king, and pizza hut and Quiznos. I thought I would be living at those places I have been a few times but they do not even sound good. I have been dieting and do not crave them like I use to. I also do not have the money I use to I think that plays a big role.

I do! And actually, I just did...a few days ago! I've actually been going on and on about this here, but since I so love Hello Kitty, I will write it again. LOL! McDonald's is helping celebrate 35 Years of Hello Kitty by releasing 36 Hello Kitty-themed toys for Happy Meal! I've been seeing them online for a while, and when it finally hit our local chain, I went and got myself 2. And then, another two. Lol, I could not resist it. But I am now happy with 4. When Finding Nemo came out, I also went and got a Happy Meal Pearl toy immediately after we watched it!

I often get the Happy Meal when going to Mcdonald's, because that is the perfect amount to make me feel full. Plus I eat there a lot for lunch, so trying to keep it the intake of fast food down as much as possible. I go with a group of friends, and each day someone different gets to pick where we eat, but usually the only time we go eat somewhere different is when it is my turn to pick the lunch site.

heh:) i admit i had to have one of the fish from nemo LOL the one with the bad memory reminds me of a friend of mine-i had to have it. but,i brought my nephew with me,so..i had a cover story LOL

I'm afraid I don't do the kids meal route...only when I have the grand kids around do I get a kids meal. If I eat at bk or micky d's then I have real food...lol. I prefer BK most of the time since I like the chicken sandwiches.

Yes I like to get kids meals at Wendys and Burger King. I can't really eat a lot all the time, and I hate to waste money, as it's not cheap eating out. Kids meals are inexpensive, and sometimes you get cool toys!
