Sometimes it is no more then being exhausted, but when you wake up tired and go to bed tired it becomes a problem.
How do you deal with just being tired all the time? Do you get irritated at your lack of energy and interest?

Feeling tired makes your whole day lousy. But its not normal to be tired all the time. First you should find out why. Is it depression wearing you down, or being worn down making you depressed? Get checked or anemia or other physical conditions that can make you tired, so you can either fix the problem, or rule it out. If it is depression exhausting your energy, you'll want to see a counselor, maybe even consider medication. I dont really believe in medication as a first choice, but sometimes it can really help.

I agree with you. If you go to bed tired and get up tired, you are likely to be irritated the whole day. Besides the external factors, I believe there are important internal factors that could be also responsible for it.
A good thing could be to give a break, make somewhat drastic changes in your daily routine and see if it helps. Of ourse, taking adequate rest and sleep is of utmost importance to fight this state of misery.
