What scent or fragrance (cologne or perfume) do you wear most often? Why?

Gumball, I wanted to leave a comment because I had the same problem trying to find a scent that I liked (and that seemed appropriate) for my younger daughter. I was surprised to find that they still sell "Love's Baby Soft" which I remember from when I was her age. It was the first scent my mother ever bought for me. I got her the body spray and she just loves it. It's powdery, so I find it nice for a young girl :)

I thought about that one too but she doesn't like the smell of regular baby powder (she likes the lavender better) that much. I figured something different would go over better. :)

I almost forgot - I'd bought it on after Christmas clearance for 75% off so it was under $3.00 for the small bottle.

What a great deal! Lavender is such a lovely scent - your daughter has good taste! We use lavender sachets in some of our closets and the girls like them in their pj drawer. I'm going to have to look into this cotton candy scent you folks are discussing... one of my daughters did mention it but I have yet to find it on a shelf here. My other girl has a Caramel body spray and, in spite of being a really sweet smell, it fades to be quite yummy. LOL... all these food smells!

Is what she has a plain caramel scent or is it maybe Pear Caramel? I was at Walmart last night and saw that plus the Calgon Marshmallow and the Cotton Candy scent. I even got a couple of other scents - Sugar Vanilla Fantasy, Calgon Vanilla Swirl, Apple Fantasy and one small one that smells good enough to eat - Vanilla Buttercream made by Bodycology. It smells just like buttercream frosting. LOL

I had to run up to her room and look LOL It's Calgon Smiley Sweet Love body spray and it's just caramel. Since I'm currently doing the south beach diet, I think I need to get several of those scents you described and live vicariously through my nose instead of my mouth! ROFL! :)

Oh I will have to check Philosophy out! I like a fresh clean scent. I will often buy Clean Cotton by Bath & Body Works for the summer. I also like the sweet smells, like my vanilla and the cotton candy. I have an awesome pomegrande scent by Bath & Body too. It's divine!

Oh a friend gave me a BPAL she didn't want called "Devil's Night". I love it. I have yet to get into the whole BPAL collecting myself. But I am tempted.

Yeah, they have some pretty wacky fragrences, but I just love reading the descriptions. I could stay on the site for hours!

I sell Avon as well. Do you know other people who might want to sell Avon?

I've never found an Avon scent that I liked. Even their botanical collections don't seem to appeal to me. Not sure what it is. I always say no matter what the scent they seem to have the same base to them or something, sort of like they all smell the same with just a hint of something different added.

Hockeygal4ever, have you tried Avon's Sweet Honesty? I also love most of Avon's Naturals line. I've sometimes found better buys on Avon products on eBay than I have through the reps.

For some reason I find the Bath & Body works don't last as long as some of the cheaper stuff. That always amazed me. I will say that when you purchase the "cologne" bottles, the more expensive versions, they do tend to stay on a bit longer. I love a lot of the B&B stuff, especially the clean cotton and some of the sugary stuff like Sugar Cookie and oooh... their apple scent in the fall!!!!!
