Do you sleep early and wake up early?

Usually i will go to bed at midnight and wake at 8:00 AM how about you? Does this a healthy one?

Nope I sleep late then I wake up early. I think it is not healthy. You are experiencing some lack of sleep because you are having troubles. You sleep less when you are thinking of something or when you have a problem. Try not to think of your problems in bed and it will make you sleep the whole time. :) good morning

I usually go to bed at 10:00p.m. and wake up around 7:00am. I think that you may need a little more sleep. Midnight is pretty late to be going to bed during the week. However...you are getting the recommended hours and if it works for you...then that is all that matters.

i usually sleep at around 11 pm and wakes up before 7am. it is an 8-hour of sleep but during the day i still feel sleepy so i take noon naps. i think my sleeping hours is okay but there are times that i feel that it is not enough... i think your sleeping hours is also okay. it really depends on how you feel when you wake up in the morning.

I sleep late, but I do wake up early, cos of the nature of my job. I am still struggling to make earns for my school you know. Thanks

I usually don't go to bed until 3-4am and up for the day about 8-9am. I don't take naps either. I don't require much sleep if I get too much sleep then I feel tired and can't accomplish anything.
Then there are the nights that I never go to bed and up all the next day too. I have alot of sleepless nights.
I hear it is not healthy, but our bodies are different and some need more sleep where others don't need as much.
