Taiwan economy growth can be attributed to catering to the clothing needs of North America. Many Taiwan investor in Garment Subcontractor migrate to China for cheaper labor. Now they are back to the Philippines. Any investor interested to create economic growth in the Philippines. Textile manufacturing and garment production are in demand, The textile in the garment are made from Taiwan. Cotton is the best material. Fashion and Garment Industry is booming.

They are already supplying a great deal. Many of the major brands have sweat shops in third world countries. The labor is dirt cheap, and no benefits have to be provided.
