High: I finished reading "The Memory Keeper's Daughter" today and had a nice relaxing day! Low: I was really drained and had no energy.

My high was that my daughter is really keeping it together during my husbands deployment. My low is my husband left for 15 months.

High: I went out from home after two weeks. Low: I have studied a lot during the afternoon and I have to study a lot!

My high was a delicious piece of watermelon a few minutes ago. It was crisp, cold and sweet! The low is the heat today. It almost took my breath whenever I went outside.

My high for today...I don't really have one. It's just been one of those days. My low...trying not to slit my wrists.
