Dessert

I simply like ice cream for dessert. I would be happy with frozen yogurt with sprinkles or chocolate chips. I also like pudding for dessert.

i like stuff like that during the colder months, but during the summer here in canada, ice cream or fruit juice bars are the way to be cooled off and refrehsed!

i enjoy doing such dessert at home too.... the apple pie topped with vanilla ice cream but i love it heated few seconds in the microwave so that ice cream melts a bit on it. another style be done also for soft brownie in a cup and heated in the microwave before topping with scoops of neapolitan or any strawberry ice cream! so yummy....

Oh you sound so lucky. You have really descripted your dessert very well that my mouth started watering. I will just go out and have big scoop of ice cream for me.

I am not sure which is my favorite...but what you are having sure sounds good. I cannot have any dairy so I think that the ice cream sounds especially good...because I cannot have it. I am thinking that maybe German Chocolate Cake with Pecan Carmal Frosting would be the one that I make the most.

I like most fruit pies, but mostly apple pies. Apple pie is great and I have tried many different pie recipies. For the apples i usually put cinnamon and brown sugar with the apples. It is so good and just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

My sister has higher up tastes when it comes to her favorite dessert. She prefers Baked Alaska or Tirimasu. To me, there is nothing better than a big bowl of vanilla ice cream with hot fudge drizzled over it while the chopped peanuts swim in te decadent result. Add a bit of Ready Whip on top, a beautiful cherry, and you have my favorite dessert. : )

Your warm apple crisp sounds very much like the heavenly apple pie (also warm) and vanilla ice cream I had once in NY...can't remember the name of the restaurant though...it was one of the most delicious desserts I have ever tasted! I think there was some caramel on top, but I really cannot remember for sure. I remember the ice cream being so delicious and smooth, it was almost like real cream...just perfectly smooth and perfectly tasty. I hope I get to taste that dessert again. I'd never had apple pie like that before...it was definitely memorable and I would put it among my top five favorite desserts, but I don't know if it is the favorite thing...I also love fruit desserts especially a well-prepared trifle, with custard, jello and fruit...I really can't pick a favorite. I also love love chocolatey chocolate cake with chocolatey frosting! Chocolate mousse is good too! Cream-filled puffs are also delicious, with the right filling, but I am not sure if they qualify as dessert! lol
