A food can be organic and processed at the same time. Organic simply means that there are no unnatural ingredients and that not harmful chemicals were used in growing the crops.

Of course, organic foods are much better than the produce that are given artificial fertilizer and sprayed with insecticides. These fertilizers and insecticides have residual effects to the produce and so they give what is not good for the body in the long run. We are somewhat actually eating such fertilizers and insecticides but in too small quantity that we do not realize the effects in short periods.

Yes I do believe it is healthier. Food that is grown organicly is free from the pesticides, hormones, and chemicals that most food is soaking in. Our bodies were not designed to eat all of that every day. We were designed to eat fresh, natural food. The closer to that we can get the better our health will be.

I think it is a lot healthier. They don't use any harmful ingredients in the food and no harmful chemicals in growing the food either. I have a friend that lost nearly 100 lbs from doing nothing but eating organic food, so it's got to be healthy. Unfortunately it costs a lot so I can't buy it unless it is on sale. Someday when I'm making more money I hope to use organic food whenever possible.
