|  Shania has a very tragic and also interesting past.
She has persued a singing career from an early age
and sang at clubs in her area for a good while.Her
Mother had married a native American and She changed
her first name to Shania which I believe is a native
American name.Shania's parents were killed in a motor
accident,leaving 15 year old Shania to take care of
her younger siblings.She went through much hard times
working on her music all the while.As everyone who
knows music also know, Shania has succeeded by leaps and bounds.I cant think of a more deserving girl who
has what she now has.

| |  yes, indeed she is beautiful and charming, and she's got a vivid intelligence, that for a woman is very important to be recognized.
She's a complete artist, I would dare to compare her to a masculine
alter-ego: the great Robbie Williams (another Canadian offspring...).

| |  I agree Shania is a wonderful singer and I admire her for all thing that she has gone through and none of that deterred her. To think that she was only 15 and had to take care of her younger siblings is amazing. This shows that Shania is a strong women and will keep being one.

| | Shania Twain, was also asked NOT to go to her high school re-union, because of her fame and popularity.
I have never heard of that before, but I do agree that she does deserve the sucess she has had.
Her marriage to Mutt Lang was criticized in the beginning, and was expected not to work.
They now enjoy a home in Switzerland, and yes she deserves every bit of success that she gets.
She and Mutt write all of her own music and songs, which is why it takes so long for her to put out a new album.
I wish we would hear more from her....
My favorite video that she does is Forever and For Always.
