I have been hearing for quite some time that hypnotism can be beneficial to aid in losing weight or to quit smoking. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this procedure. I checked into it a few months ago, but abandoned the idea. It seems to be expensive according to what I learned. Although I'm sure that a person wouldn't mind the expense if the method really worked, I wonder because I've always heard that some people cannot be hypnotized. Your thoughts?

Well I have tried it and thought I would be quite susceptible too it but I am afraid it didn't work for me! I have spoken to people who say it helped them stop smoking or lose weight among other things. It may be worth a try ,even though it didn't work for me it does work for some people! xxx
