| How to found out what home insurance company my landlord use?  | | | |  How to find out what insurance my landlord use? Because my lawyer have been sending him demand letters. andhe havent respond to it yet nor his insurance company. because he havent told them yet. this has been going on since the beginning of may. he had received two of them already. My lawyers want to send his insurance company a copy of the demand letters. but since he isnt responding to the demand letters. We dont know which company he use. We dont want to make this into something big. We are trying to work with him but it seems like he isnt getting the picture. Is there any way for me to find out what company he use for his rental units/ home insurance?

| |  Maybe he hasn't got one. As far as I know, these information could not be taken from any place. Insurance is a sensitive thing and companies don't disclose their clients.
