What Type and Brand of Vacuum Do You Use? What Do You Think of It?  

We are moveing soon and I am faced with haveing to buy a new vacuum. My new house will have all vinyl and ceramic flooring and just rugs so I do not want to spend alot of a heavy duty vacuum. However, I also do not want to buy a piece of crap. I am cosidering a stick vacuum or a small cheap canister. Each has it's benefits so it makes it hard to decide. I could get a small bagged canister vacuum, which would allow me to vacuum of cielings and fans and would be convienient whan the time came to throw the dirt away, but the affordable canisters don't have a brush roll and wouldn't do a very good job getting pet hair out of my rugs/mats. Or I could get a bagless stick vac with a brush roll which might do better a better job on the rugs, but I am concerned about the suction not being as good with a bagless vac (and stick vacs are always bagless) and also then I'm not sure how I'll clean dust webs from the ceiling (I'm only 5' tall). So what I need from everyone here on Mylot are you honest opinions of some of the following vacuums, or recommendations of other vacuums that are affordable and good. I am cosidering the following vacuums: Eureka Boss Hand and Stick Vacuum - $39.83, DIRT DEVIL QUICK POWER STICK - $49.83, Dirt Devil Dynamite Lightweight Vacuum
- $49.99, and Durabrand small canister vacuum - around $40.00. Thanks in advance for any help I get from anyone on this. I need to buy a new vacuum by July 25th.
