Do you have a BIBLE?  

Good morning Rubygrace. Yes I have a bible. Actually I have about 3. I like to have a few translations to cross reference. I have the King James, The NIV, and The amplified. I also have a dictionary of common terms used in the bible just in case I am not understanding a certain word. Example: Shekel: what is it worth?

I, too, have a King James Bible. However, I find it helpful to have the Interlinear Bible. It shows the original Greek and Hebrew as well. You can look up the words and their meanings in a Strongs Concordance. It is amazing to see how many things were not correctly translated, even in the King James Bible. Agape.

I have a New International Version and a New International Reader's Version, but no King James Version. A lot of people have been "recommending" that I get a KJV, but I think NIV is good enough for me. Like you, I think I've been reading NIV ever since I can remember, so I kind of grew fond of it.

I also like the version that incorporates modern day language; it's a lot more interesting to read, but I do realize that it can be a bit inaccurate. I guess I'll stick between old language and modern language, with NIV.

I have a King James version, a Concordance version, my Grandmother's Good Samaritan version (circa 1900) and a New King James Version that was my Mothers. It is interesting to read the same verses in different styles. The one I like to read most is the King James version.

I have a King James Bible. I have had other study Bibles which were New King James and NIV.

i have a student bible but i forgot its version. its nice to read, coz there a lot of information about the verse im reading. very useful

we are using the New International Version aka the NIV

I have the King James Version which I use constantly. I also own several other versions, one is the Revised Standard Version, the other the NIV, the New King James Version. We also have a German version we inherited from my mother-in-law who got it from her husband, my father-in-law who was Mennonite and they used a German Bible before learning English. I also have Esword on my computer and hope to learn to read the Spanish and Italian versions.

mine is king james version also but i dont usually look at what version of the bible im reading what is important for me is to do and use it in our daily living every thing that is written on it....no matter what version your bible is,if you dont follow what god has instructed you thru it nothing matters...
