I get up at 4 a.m. most mornings but it takes a while for me to really wake up. My first energy peak is about 6a.m. , then about 11a.m. and then again about 3p.m. Does your body have different times when you feel like your energy is at it's highest?

Dear Jillhill, I also do full time employment. I have to be in my office by 10.00 AM every day. I get up at 6 am and after completing my morning chores it will be time for me to leave for office. Once in office, I do not have time to think anything other than office job. I leave my office by 6 pm. When reach it will be 7 pm. After taking bath etc., I will have time for 2 hours when I do my mylot business. I want to put more time on mylot but I feel tired after 11 pm. I go to bed. In view of the above I have to be energised the whole day.

I usally get up around 8am or 9am and yeah its hard for me to be awake for the first couple of hours when im at work im always tired and sore so that means I start going slow and of course just standing there dosnt help you that much so I usually ask if I could go out and do carts do a little walking of course that usually helps me out and after an hour of doing carts im pretty much awake.

Its obvious that enrgy levels are different at different periods..but it remains high when some important task to be done.at that time everybody forgets about the timing and he becomes high in energy...but usually energy level gest down after a hearty meal :)
