How do you make time for all your kids during the day?

I have 7 kids and I try to make time for them...Some days it is hard, some days it is easy. How do you all make time for all your kids? What do you do?

When my kids were young and needed more one on one time, I would try to involve them in what I was doing. They might help me put clothes in the laundry basket. And they loved to help make bread. They could empty the ingredients into the bowl and they enjoyed kneading the bread.
