Do You Regularly Use a Body Scrub/ Exfoliator?  

I think you should do this twice a week. It would damage your skin if you do it to excessively. At the end you'll get stretch marks if you do it too often. Be sure to be gentle to your sin once in a while. Sensitive areas too shouldn't be treated with scrubing always. It could ruin the upper layer of your skin that fights of bacteria.

I'd be lost without my exfoliators! It's hot here almost year round, so you have to really take care of your skin or it will look a wreck. Most days I use one of those exfoliating scrub puffs in the shower and that takes care of dead skin cells and such that tend to build up and make the skin look lined and old.

Then about once a week or so, I made a homemade mix of epsom salts, water and body lotion (to a paste consistency). That works to rejuvenate the skin on legs and elbows. I have used commercial exfoliators from Saint Ives and others like Estee Lauder. They work very well. Of course, the more expensive Estee Lauder is far better. But, the homemade variety works in a pinch!

I don't think it is actually necessary, but sometimes I use it, as you say, in the summertime just for fun. Once in a great while I make my own from things like oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and organic honey or sometimes grapefruit and sea salt with a little olive oil. For my face, I only use Rachel Perry's Peach & Papaya scrub and it nice to use other places, too.

I was *laughs* but not now anymore! You know what I mean...It is lucky for me to be able to take my daily shower as my baby is always scream for my attention! But I love to scrub once a while whenever I have time to do it. Well, when my husband comes home, I will ask him to take care of the baby and I will go to pamper myself. I have been denied my right for the last 8 months! Ha Ha Ha!

My skin is EXTREMELY dry. Sometimes I avoid using soaps even, leave alone body scrubs. I use body scrubs very rarely.

I use to and stop. I spend a day at the beauty spa yesterday, and they use a body scrub. I think I am going to start doing it again. I want to make it myself though.

I try too to used once a week. but always forgot. But I do it a couple times in a month at least. It good for the skin. But If i find dont need, i don't used.

I use a body scrub 2-3 times a week. I like The Body Shop Body Scrubs especially the coconut, cocoa butter and mango ones. I like my skin to feel soft and smoothe and find that the body lotions rub into my skin better if it is exfoliated.
