New Fall TV Shows  |

 I have been thinking about which new fall show I am looking forward to the most. I know that we will be happy to see the return of our old favorites, but the fall lineup really looks promising. I would place New Amsterdam right at the top of my list. I think the series, Cane also looks good. I am a fan of Jimmy Smits from way back. What are the new shows you are most eagerly awaiting?

i am also looking forward to seeing Cane the new series that is coming on t.v. this fall...and i also want to check out the new Bionic Woman t.v. show...
i used to watch the Bionic Woman every week when i was growing up...i hope that the new show is going to be worth watching...
and if i have seen previews to New Amsterdam i cannot recall them...hagd.

I just hope that not all of the new shows will conflict with my old standbys. New Amsterdam is about a vampire who is young, but very old. I love vampire stories. It will be on FOX. | |

5.  hip2bemom (2374) | 1 year ago |  There are two shows that are must see for me and they are House and ER those are my all time favorites. I have seen every episode of both of those shows. I do watch Extreme Makeover Home Edition but its not a must see like House and ER.

 anniepa (5405) | 1 year ago |  I said I knew I was forgetting some...I love House too. That should be interesting since his entire staff is gone. I'm also wondering when October Road will be coming back on. I read that it was renewed (PHEW!!) but I don't remember if it said it would be part of the fall lineup or back in midseason. It'll probably be one opposite one of my other faves. That makes me so mad, there aren't that many shows that I MUST see and it seems they always have to be on opposite each other. How did we survive before VCRs and now DVRs? Some of you reading this probably didn't know there WAS life before VCRs...LOL

I'm not too familiar with many of the new ones coming on, but I'm looking forward to the season premieres of Brothers and Sisters, CSI Miami, ER, and Desperate Housewives. I'm sure I'm forgetting something since it seems like they've been over forever. I like how the cable networks have their "new season" during the summer so we're no doomed to ALL reruns.

I remember some shows from years ago that didn't do well at all in the beginning but the networks gave it some time. Seinfeld didn't do well at all in the ratings its first season; just think, today it wouldn't have gotten a second year. Our language would sure be different!

My usuals include ER & Grey's Anatomy...It is always interesting to see the new shows and what they bring...

| 8. AmbiePam (10210) | 1 year ago |  Since you are interested in New Amsterdam, are you going to watch Moonlight on CBS? It's about a vampire who is a private investigator.
I want to check out Chuck, on NBC. It's the only comedy preview I've seen that looks really funny. Also, I'd like to see Kid Nation. I know I'll be watching that at least once. Sure there is controversy, but I think this could also be beneficial to kids, who are actually watching kids their age, do something they never thought possible.
I'll also probably tune in to the Reaper on the CW. It looks like a dramedy. A guy turns 18 and finds out his parents sold his soul to the devil. It sounds morbid, but from the previews it will be along the lines of Buffy or Supernatural in humor.
