What is the oldest movie you still watch, even if it's just from time to time? Something that you'll never get tired of watching. What is the oldest one?
Mine has to be "Algiers" (1938) with Charles Boyer & Hedy Lamarr.
What is yours?

"THE TEN COMMANDMENTS" starring Charlton Heston and Yul Bryner in 1956. I still repeat this movie almost every day.. for I love the words and the script is superb!

1938 was a great year for movies. There was "It Happened One Night with Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert and one of my other favorite screwball comedies, "Bringing Up Baby".
Of course, everyone has seen "The Wizard of Oz" which was released in 1939, the same year as the classic "Gone With the Wind".
I love old movies, grew up watching them all on television as a kid, although because I don't pay for any movie channels like Turner Classic Movies, I don't get to see them much anymore.
If you like Charles Boyer, you should watch "Gaslight" with Boyer and Ingrid Bergman.
