Why do some rich people leave their wealth to their pets?

Hello, faith, my dear friend.

It is not easy to guess why. I think that maybe they are just pet lovers. They concern more about their pets because they can bring them happiness and much pleasure. There is one point that I need to mention, ie, pets are also considered to be one member of the family. That is why they would rather leave their money to their pets once they leave their pets. It is normal. Lol.

In gaining all that wealth they've probably alienated all the people around them leaving only their pets to comfort them. Who else would they leave it to then?

i can't really understand them.yes,i can understand their huge love for that pet but don't think they have any piece of mind.what can a pet do with a fortune?they don't think about this?at least they could pay an amount to a special institute to take care of the pet during its life.what happens finnally with that fortune.how can the pet manage with it?who really gets that money?

That is real interesting because i just heard a few minutes ago on the news that the Mean Queen L.H. left millions to her dog and nothing for 2 grandchildren. Why all this because it is the dead person letting the world know that none in her family are worthy of anything and leaving it to the dog is a sign of slapping someone across the face ..those who thought they would be left something Good Luck

i have no idea of why..does it literarilly means pets inherit their wealth like what it is like on a will of testament? if thats so, i dunno but i kinda think its funny absurd..lolzz..could be that they don't mix well with their relatives knowing other wealthy people just give their love to their pets when they feel like they aren't love from relatives for a reason..( meaning was love by wealth ) thats the only idea i can think of why..

There are so many things that a person can do with their fortune. I can understand them not liking their family enough to leave it all to them. But, there are charities and many other worth while causes that can benefit from a nice donation.
To say that it does not make sense, is putting it mildly. I mean give a few million to the person who will care for the dog and then do something better with the rest.

Probably they have lost faith in humans (near relatives and family members) and also they must have found profound love with these pets and consider that their salvation lies in serving these pets I suppose.

i honestly have no idea why since animals don't give a flip about money. and what is this belief that these pets are going to outlive their owners? are these old people? maybe i need to revise my beneficiary status on my life insurance policy, lol.

LOL..this rich dog looks happy and contempted..ha..ha..cool topic..well faith210,i think the problem most rich people have is trust..they don't trust every living human around them because they are so rich so they just think people are after their wealth and not them so even if somebody wins their trust they don't want to pass their wealth on to that particular person as they always have a fear in their mind about the constant trust in that person and they can easily assume him/her turned hostile if he ignores them even once and that too by chance so they just are not born to risk their properties with fellow humans..moreover its human nature also prevailing globally these days that nobody can see the other person getting free money and that too of his/her own...so who's left at the end are their pets as they are always with them..they love them,adore them.trust them that they won't harm them because they feel secure about their non-human character and identity..and most commonly these people rear dogs..which are considered to be among the most loyal pets..so due to all these reasons they feel satisfaction in making their dear and loyal dogs to be the next owner of their property..every dog has its day..LOL..so does the one about whom you have read..you are asking about wondering on such incidences..yes dear i wonder a lot and at the same time consider them crazy too because dogs can don't know what to do with the money..its entirely made by human beings for human use..LOL..i just wonder about a new magazine release for wealthy dogs stating the richest dogs state and country wise..(*chuckles*)

love my pets too. but i don't think i'd inherit my wealth to them. no offense too, to those who do.

i think wealth should be shared to others who are capable of enriching it. i don't think animals are capable of that. you may however, share or build a foundation for animals to help promote their welfare.:)
