Am I the only one here who doesn't have an Ipod?  

I don't own one, and I'm not the least bit ashamed. That's not to say that I don't want one, I just haven't been able to afford one yet. I'm still waiting for the technology to come down in price. I would like one for long trips, and for my days out. For now I am happy with my CD player, but I certainly wouldn't say no to an iPod if the price was right.

i don't have one and not ashamed of not having one. in our country where the economy is very bad, not a single money should be wasted. i hardly get into school everyday just having enough money to commute, not having any more left to buy food. usually i spend 10 hrs at school, being very hungry but hopefully it's worth it. i have a cellphone but it's only a 3310. let's not be ashamed of what we are and what we can and can't affordü

No you don't I also don't have an IPOD! Actually I am not a techy person. I am very contented for the things I have now. I am very practical when it comes to things. And I dont want to spend a lot of money for just to show the world that I can afford it! lol! I am contented with my cellphone having an mp3.

LOL i say that you are not the only one out there that doesn't have one.Heck,my spouse's sister doesn't even have on neither,and neither does my spouse.So,don't feel bad about it.There are other people out there that can't afford it neither,yet.But,i'm pretty sure that you can save your money up little by little.Even if it's $20 a month.by 5 months, you'll have $100 in your pocket.And there are some out there that are cheap as ever.Especially at Wal-mart.
Wal-mart has one down there RIGHT NOW for only $70 dollars after tax.I bought mine for $70 and it has the video with the mp3 player.
The other one that i had before,was also from wal-mart for only and ONLY $36 after tax.It is a little one,but holds up to like 160 songs.So Really,they aren't that expensive as some people may think.

I don't have one. I've thought about getting one before, but I don't have the money to waste, and honestly I probably wouldn't use it enough to make it worthwhile. I have music I listen to on the computer, and I use those music choice channels on tv, and CDs can be played in DVD players or CD players. So I just don't really feel a need to have portable music, when I don't go out places I could listen to it often. I'm always either at home or work really, and I certainly couldn't listen to music at work.

my dear, you don't have to be ashhamed for being the only one who does not have an ipod. There are several brands that is far better than an ipod. I was in discussion with a member concerning having an ipod. I do not have anything against the ipod but reality is that it depends on your personal needs.For me, I would choose the creative zen M because you can add an SD card if you want to increase your memory on top of its 30gb of memo space and it is manageable, it has a wider screen where in the ipod is only half of the whole thing.The price is a lot less expensive almost half. another choice is archos, though not that popular but it serves its function and style.If you just want an mp3 player then i would suggest that you get a USB flashdrive with a player where it is multifunctional.Anyway, to each his own , as they say. This is my point of view.

I have a regular MP3 player but not an iPOD...I wanted (and still do want) one but after hearing how easily they broke or the problems they had, I kinda gave up on that and got regular MP3 players...they still break easily but at least they cost nothing compared to iPODs

Don't be ashamed you should be proud. I myself don't have one and unless I win one or get it really cheap (then sell it on ebay) I'll never have one. Don't be like all the other sheep of the world. Sure it might be a nice thing to have if you can afford it and like to listen to music while doing something. Other then that it's just a status symbol.

I don't have one either and I'm not ashamed. I can't afford it and I don't need it. My CD player is fine and so is my PC. Sometimes (just sometimes), I feel a little out of place when friends mention it. But it doesn't affect me that much to go out and get one.

you are not alone, i too dont have IPod, i would like to have one but i dont have that much money..

till then i am happy with my mp3 mobile and my cd player and my PC, but in futuree i am paning to buy an Brand Ipod.....
