 It just happened that every now and then we will feel down. Sometime people told me to join their gathering. I think getting together with does help a lot. Staying alone will make you ever more down because of loneliness. Praying will help too. How about you all?

When I'm broke, I would stay home and maybe go online and meet some friends in the internet, or just turn on a very loud music in my room (if my daughter's not with me at the time), or watch dvds, or any free activities. If I have some extra money I could use, I would call my friends and ask them to hang out with me, maybe going out clubbing or just hang out at the malls.

Instead we need try and keep our focus on our life and goals. Just change the place or visit a movie, or any thing which gives you entertainment will certainly remove you from the lowness.
