Can england win the coming match against Israel and russia?

If England can't beat teams like Israel and Russia then they should stop calling themselves a soccer power house. I mean Israel and Russia don't even have proper club system, the kind of which is already setup in England. In Israel, the war keeps taking its toll on the players and most of the players in the squad play in England. I really do not understand why they create such a hoopla for such matches and then claim that they are amongst the best in the world. In Gerrard, Lampard and Beckham you are talking about some of the costliest players in the Football profession and if they cannot string a victory over the likes of Israel and Russia, then God save the Queen!!
