The question is the next game against russia !
its qualifiers and england cant miss out on any gmae !
the big players have to perform , gerrard wasnt any great nor was barry in lampard's role !
but then , its england [:D]

ya..their mission now is the match against Russia.they can't lose if they want to qualify to the next round.Big players like Lampard,Crouch,Hargreaves will back to the field against russia.i'm sure the power is more bigger now.they can win the match...yeah...let us support england....

Michael Owen still an amazing striker.
His goal against israel was great.All came off from his spectacular first touch that made the ball bounce away from all defenders and helped him strike the ball with ease.
Also he looked good on the field with a lot of assists and passes

Yes, it was good performance from England. The team spirit showed that it is not always that best players make the best team. It is always the team players that make the team. Take the example of Gareth Barry, I believe he was excellent in the whole match. Again, Heskey was a pest on the Israeli defence though his finishing was off target as usual.
But, then it allowed Owen the space to attack and he scored a fantastic goal. I was also very much delighted by goals for Wright Philips and Micah Richards. I just hope they retain the same team for the Russia match in the midweek.

yeah...that's true.the most important is they need to have team spirit and cooperation between each other.No one can do better than a team.They sure can remain the spirit and team work for the next match against Russia.
