| | I've had malt flavoured cereal for breakfast before but never chocolate flavour! My husband eats icecream for breakfast in summer which i think is really unhealthy, not to mention weird! I've never had chocolate covered espresso beans before, is it bitter? How about you? What chocolate flavoured things do you eat for breakfast? | | | | | | |

| | I sometimes make my own mochas with organic chocolate milk or organic chocolate soy milk, organic sugar or xylitol, and organic coffee. I sometimes have organic chocolate-flavored cereal. And, sometimes I just have my organic chocolate milk. Once in a blue moon, I'll have organic soybean-based chocolate ice cream, or organic soybean-based vanilla ice cream with organic chocolate syrup all over it. This may not be the most nutritious way to start the way, but it is definitely choco-licious, that's for sure! LOL | | | |

| | Chocolate covered espresso beans are not bitter as long as there is enough chocolate on it. They were the "drug of choice" for college kids when I was going to a private college in Idaho. We used to eat them like M&Ms for the staying-awake effect during late-night study sessions. However, don't lick the chocolate off first! It is very, very BITTER when you do that! Keep the chocolate intact when you eat them! I'm warning all myLotters here! Been there, done that, barely lived to tell about it! LOL! | | | |

| | Hi nonew3, I don't think I've ever had chocolate for breakfast, unless it's been a chocolate covered donut, many years ago. I tend to have cereal, toast, muffin, fruit, or cereal bar, and in the colder months, oatmeal. Sometimes, on the weekends my daughter and I have 'brunch' which we make together, that consists of the usual hot breakfast foods. However, I do really like chocolate, and will treat myself to a chocolate bar, every now and again, or another form. I like chocolate milk too. Have a good day. | | | | | | |

| | I suggest that you try chocolate-ing your life a bit more. Chocolate cereal and chocolate milk for breakfast is a start. You might want to go easy at first, and slowly work up to a powerful addiction, maybe by adding 1/2 ounce of chocolate cereal to your breakfast regimen, and slowly build up from there by adding another 1/2 ounce each week. Start with 4 ounces of chocolate milk, and then add 1/2 ounce per week. Then, after a month, try eating just 1/8 of a chocolate bar. The kind of chocolate addiction I have took considerable time and effort to build, and I am very proud of my success in this matter. It's one of my many success stories. Do give it a whirl, and let me know how it goes. If you need help further in how to choco-late (verb) your life, or what I call "life chocolating," please do not hesitate to let me know. | | | |

| | Thanks for the offer. Actually, I did have some chocolate about a week ago, as I purchased a couple of chocolate bars from a little friend. They were having a school fundraiser. I also enjoy hot chocolate, and since the cold weather's approaching, will be partaking of this soon. I guess the one time of the year I have quite a bit of chocolate, is the holiday season, as it's always a special treat then, and I ask people to give me my favourites. | | | |

| | Yes, sometimes I DO have chocolate at breakfast and it's very enjoyable. I love coco krispies and chocolat chip cookie crisp cereal so I eat those frequently. Sometimes I'll have a granola bar with chocolate. I also love hot chocolate or a mocha coffee drink at breakfast. Ooooh and can't forget chocolate shakes. Those are yummy too. | | | | | | |

| | I do sometimes. Occasionally, even a chocolate candy bar left over from the night before, breakfast is usually a grab what you can find affair. I do like chocolate cereals and sometimes add nestles quik to my coffee instead of cream and sugar, it makes the coffee a wonderful rich brown and takes good as well. I have quite the choclate addiction going on. :P | | | | | | |

| | You are truly an expert at what I call "life chocolating." Truly an inspiration. So, how long did it take to build up this chocolate addiction to what you now have? Chocolate for breakfast is what I consider to be a GREAT starting point in life chocolating. It gives the blood a good brownish color (from chocolate) to start the day. I think chocolate attaches to the hemoglobin in blood cells or something. I'm sure it must. LOL Those who are truly chocoholics, our blood is a dark brown color, truly in proportion to our amount of chocolate consumption. | | | |

| | LOL, well, I think I have an inbuilt chocolate addiction gene or something. I know I've craved it at least since mt teens. It does seem to go in waves though, currently I'm on a sever craze alert level. I'm not sure about bonding with hemoglobin, but I do know there is a chemical in chocolate that is present in the brain when someone feels loved. I learned this in fourth grade and never forgot. See what I mean about an inbuilt craving? | | | |

| | Maybe this is why I LOVE chocolate, and why, when I eat eat, I feel like it LOVES me or something? Love and chocolate so go together. And, I was only kidding about the chocolate bonding to hemoglobin. But, it does seem that chocolate very much becomes a part of us. They say that we are what we eat. I eat chocolate. Therefore, I *AM* chocolate! LOL | | | |

| | Shalom nonew3, I think the closest I have had chocolate for breakfast is in a poptart. I would rather have fruit for breakfast and leave the chocolate for the rest of the day..lol | | | | | | |

| | Shalom. Have you considered having chocolate-covered fruit for breakfast, such as strawberries dipped in chocolate, or chocolate-covered raisins? It might be a bit more nutritious than a Pop Tart, and you would still have chocolate for breakfast. Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and chocolate is easily the most important food, what a waste to not have chocolate for breakfast! | | | |

| | When I was in Denmark it was not uncommon for us to start the morning off with a thick slab of bread covered with a thin layer of chocolate. Here in Canada it's hard to find that kind of chocolate but there are a few really good Danish places where it can be found. | | | | | | |
