Personally what ever we do, we must do it moderately and not excessively. What ever we eat, we must put into consideration that it contains all the supplement that we need to stay healthy. Kids are the same thing. Even though the doctors recommend to give kids fatty food, this doesn't mean we can give them extra in each meal so that we hope they grow quicker and be more intelligent. Personally I think this is not true. If we continue to live in a moderate way in all aspect, I believe we would be able to achieve the most healthy life for all of our family members.

I don't agree with that.I think everything should have a balance and food for children should consist at first milk , cheese and other stuff what consist calcium and then vegetables and fruits to bring vitamins to their body natural way.Shure fat is important too, but not too much.
