They are getting married in 3 weeks, and he has been tobacco free for nearly 2 months now! It works, as do the pills.Ask your doctor which is best for you

4. jennybianca (5864) | 11 months ago | Yes, many many years ago I tried them. It didn't work so well for me, mainly because I hate chewing any kind of gum. But they do make a much better variety of these nicobate chewing gums now. You would be well worth trying one packet.

5. Shaun72 (10895) | 10 months ago | Actully right after I quit smoking I chewed a lot of chewing gum to keep my mouth busy I guess you could say. It pretty much helped me after I had taken all of the commit pills to chew gum and after a few days of chewing gum I quit smoking and chewing gum.

Somehow even though is not the special gum still I manage to quit it. It's just the matter of state of mind.

If you want to succeed you need to prepare your self and mind. If you don't prepare your mind and body you feel to your self a weak feeling.

They keep the levels of nicotine in your body stable so that you don't crave cigarettes, but when you stop using the gum the cravings could come back. If you decide to give them a try, try changing your other habits too. Like if you always smoke while sitting at your computer, have some candy or something else at the computer to occupy your mouth and hands. But start breaking the absent-minded smoking you do while you have the gum taking care of the physical cravings.
